Mr. Robert Bencke April 8, 1956 - March 5, 2008

Bencke Robert (Rob) Suddenly on Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in his 52nd year. Loving husband to Elizabeth. Proud and cherished father to Robert James "Alexander". Beloved son to Irmgard and the late Robert Bencke. Devoted brother to Renate Tanguay (Brian) and Randy Bencke. Rob will be missed by his nephew, Brandon and his nieces Dayna, Michelle Lee, Ashley and Jasmine, his mother-in-law Elizabeth (Beth) Stokell (late James "Jim" Stokell), his sister-in-laws Kathrine (Steven) Rushefsky and Darlene O' Rourke. Devoted friend to Andrew Smith. He will be remembered by his many friends and family. Visitation will be held at the Glen Oaks Memorial Chapel and Reception Centre, 3164 Ninth Line (at Dundas) Oakville on Monday, March 10th from 6-9pm. Funeral Service on Tuesday, March 11th in the Chapel at 11:00am. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations in memory of Robert can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
